The allegations against him seem unfounded from anonymous sources. Where as, the people who are on record and working with him now, all say positive things about him.

Romania is cancelling it’s Election!
Romania annulled its presidential election due to alleged Russian interference. The Constitutional Court invalidated the first-round results after declassified intelligence revealed a Kremlin-directed campaign promoting pro-Russian candidate Călin Georgescu. In the 2024 Romanian presidential election, Georgescu ran as an independent candidate. He unexpectedly led the first round with approximately 22.95% of the vote, surpassing initial polling predictions. His campaign emphasized Romania’s self-sufficiency in energy and food production, resonating with voters dissatisfied with traditional political parties. You can see why some in Europe would not want him to win in Romania.
