When you submit your bracket in the World Cup 2026 Predictor, your display name and final bracket picks become visible to other visitors on the public leaderboard. Do not use a display name you wouldn't want shown publicly.
We keep account data and bracket data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing mavjones@mavjones.com; we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless we're required to keep it by law. Web server logs are retained for a limited period as standard for hosting operations.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some Site features (sign-in, bracket save) will not function without them.
Our service providers (Supabase, hCaptcha, GoDaddy) are based in or process data through the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Site you consent to this transfer.
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age under applicable law, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at mavjones@mavjones.com and we will promptly delete it.
We use reasonable industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS for all traffic, hashed passwords via Supabase Auth, database row-level security so users can only access their own data, and CAPTCHA on authentication endpoints to deter bots. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Site links to third-party services such as TikTok. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites and recommend reviewing their privacy policies independently.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the Site and, for account holders, may be communicated by email to the address on your account.
